Day 18

Day 18 - 

When I get the opportunity, I love to make almond milk.  

Soak 2 cups of almonds overnight.  place in blender with 1 cup of water.  add a total of 8 cups water, then pour in cheesecloth or sieve. May have to do this step a couple of times.  Take pulp and place in a baggy in your freezer, you can add this to many dishes for a healthy kick :).   Add cinnamon, and vanilla or a little agave or honey to taste, chill and enjoy :)  Almond milk can be used in many wonderful recipes, and you can do this really with any nut.  Hope you enjoy :)
